However, the rooms were smaller than expected, even by Tokyo standards, and the layout with the partially removed wall was unconventional. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean with a view of airplanes taking off, although they were a bit small. The hotel is conveniently located just across the street from the Shinagawa Seaside train station/Rinkai Line and next to an Aeon Mall that's open late. The rooms were comfortable.
