My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although larger than typical for a Tokyo hotel, felt cramped due to the design with two twin beds and a partially removed partition wall. The service was hit or miss, with friendly staff but lacking professionalism at times. The location was better than expected with easy access to transportation but not near major tourist attractions. The dining options were basic, and the facilities were satisfactory.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The location is very convenient, right across from the Shinagawa Seaside train station, making commuting easy. However, the rooms were smaller than expected, even by Tokyo standards, and the layout with the partially removed wall was unconventional. The service was surprisingly not as warm and welcoming as expected in Japan, but they did assist me with saving something. The dining options were typical Japanese fare, which might not suit everyone's taste. The facilities were decent, but the rooms were on the smaller side.

The rooms were small, and some were even smaller than usual for Tokyo standards, with an unusual layout connected by a short corridor.

The hotel's location is really convenient, especially for those using the Shinagawa Seaside train station just in front of the hotel, although it's a bit far from busier areas.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean with a view of airplanes taking off, although they were a bit small. The hotel is conveniently located just across the street from the Shinagawa Seaside train station/Rinkai Line and next to an Aeon Mall that's open late. The rooms were comfortable.

Service
9.0
The service was surprising as the staff were very nice and helpful. They were open all day and even had little English shops across the road. Services like dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and a welcome drink were provided.
Location

The hotel's location is really convenient, right in front of the Shinagawa Seaside train station, making it easy to access many facilities. It is more local/business-oriented, close to the train station, and just across from an Aeon shopping mall.
Dining

The dining options were limited and not a good fit for me as they mainly offered Japanese dishes like rice, miso soup, and fish. The prices were around 1000 Yen, which is about $12.00.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel facilities were adequate, and there was an Aeon Department store with groceries on the lower level as well as various restaurants. Overall, the facilities met my needs during my stay at the hotel.
